Our annual summer
playscheme in 2009 was a great success and we hope to run it again next
year. We have a separate page for the
Summer Playscheme.

Our annual Christmas
party, each December benefits around 65 children.
This is directly due to the generous donations of presents
from various churches and organizations. We have partnerships and
networks with a variety of faith and community organizations, including other cultural events/celebrations, e.g. Team Spirit (for disabled
children), the African Women’s Welfare Group, Haringey Play Associations;
Sierra Leone Welfare Association; Polish and East European group; Social
Workers working with looked-after children and unaccompanied minors mean
that CARIS. All this together means that we can help to make the festive season & other times of the year
just a little bit better for over 400 children each year. They and their
parents or carers really appreciate the difference this makes.

Our Annual General Meeting
is held every year which is when we present our accounts, the report of the
past year and distribute our published version of much of what is on this
website and more. You can find details of this by going to the 'About Us'
link on the left-hand menu and following the download instructions from
there.
